If you're unsure where to begin, explore new avenues to process and understand your feelings more profoundly by selecting from the emotion wheel. Each emotion chosen leads you through a set of expertly crafted guided sessions conducted, written, and endorsed by experienced mental health care providers.

Each session lasts for ten minutes and equips you with the necessary tools to grasp and manage your emotions in a healthier and more constructive manner. Progress through the sessions at your own pace from any location of your choice; no appointments or office visits required. With new series being added on a monthly basis, there will always be content available to assist you on your ongoing journey.

Empifany enables you to document your experiences and emotions directly within the app. Every session will encourage you to reflect on the content discussed and jot down your thoughts or feelings in the Empifany Journal. Entries are time-stamped automatically and can be edited at any point in time. This feature allows you to add any noteworthy occurrences following your initial entry or after engaging with another session later that day.
